On the afternoon of July 4, 2023, the sales special meeting of Fuxin Optoelectronics with the theme of "focusing on indicators, tackling challenges, and implementing measures" was successfully held in the large conference room on the second floor of the Software Park. A total of 16 people, including Ma Debiao, Vice President of Fuxin Financial Holdings, Fuxin Optoelectronics' management team, sales team, and R&D backbone, attended the meeting. The meeting will first have members of the marketing department report on the completion of work in the first half of the year and the work plan for the second half of the year. Leaders of each team will provide comments on business directions, key tasks, product recommendations, and clarify the direction for improving the work of each line of the marketing department in the second half of the year; Secondly, Vice General Manager Chen Jian gave a special report on the industry situation, our opportunities and threats, and sales strategy for the second half of the year; Then the attending colleagues gave speeches on how various functions can support the marketing department's target sprint in the second half of the year; Finally, Ma Debiao, Vice President of Fuxin Financial Holding, delivered an important speech, directly addressing sales pain points, pointing out development directions, and affirming the progress made in sales and technology.  On the afternoon of July 17, 2023, the R&D conference of Fuxin Optoelectronics with the theme of "Technology driven, Creating the Core Competitiveness of the Company" was successfully held in the conference room on the second floor of the Software Park. A total of 20 members from the management team, R&D backbone, and sales team of Fuxin Optoelectronics participated in this meeting. The meeting will first have the backbone of the R&D department report on the completion of work in the first half of the year and the work plan for the second half of the year. Leaders of each team will provide comments on key tasks, project proposals, and clarify the direction and focus of improvement for the R&D department's work in the second half of the year; Secondly, Chen Wenchuan, the company's top leader and head of the R&D center, gave a thematic report on three aspects: the overall R&D policy and progress for 2023, the problems and challenges encountered, and the strategies for the second half of the year; Finally, the attending colleagues gave speeches on how to achieve "technology driven and build the company's core competitiveness" in the second half of the year. This meeting further clarified the main product line of 23 years, continuously strengthened product strength construction, enriched product matrix, and gradually standardized products such as LCD screen online foreign object line inspection machine, LCD screen ITO line AOI inspection machine, 3C product appearance defect AVI inspection machine, AI artificial intelligence system, AOI visual automatic soldering machine, solid crystal solder line AOI inspection machine, ACF conductive particle indentation+foreign object inspection machine, etc. It can not only customize to solve customer pain points, but also quickly respond to customer needs.

On the afternoon of July 25, 2023, the mid-term work promotion meeting of Fuxin Optoelectronics was successfully held in the multifunctional conference room on the first floor of Ruansheng. All employees of Fuxin Optoelectronics attended the meeting, including Vice President of Fuxin Financial Holding Ma Debiao, Teacher Chen, and members of Fuxin Financial Holding Technology Group Guo Xiaojian, Ruan Zifan, Wu Zhiyong, and other guests. The meeting first organized all staff of Fuxin Optoelectronics to study the "Compulsory Time Management Course for Efficient Workplace Personnel"; Secondly, Chen Wenchuan, the person in charge of Fuxin Optoelectronics, reported on behalf of the management team on the overall operation of the company in the first half of the year and the key work goals for the second half of the year; At the end of the meeting, Teacher Chen and Vice President Ma Debiao of Fuxin Financial Holding delivered important speeches.
